Do you offer long-term RV and boat storage options?

All of our leases are on a month-to-month basis, where you can cancel at any time.  You can store your boat during the offseason or keep your RV nearby when it is not on the road or campground.  If you know you will be storing indefinitely, you may prepay 6 months or 1 year in advance to receive a discount.

 

What documentation do I need to store my vehicle?

All vehicles must be in running condition.  If the vehicle has flat tires or needs to be towed, it is not permitted at the facility.  Vehicles must have current registration and proof of insurance at the time of move-in.

 

Can I park multiple vehicles in one space?

No, our parking spaces only permit one vehicle per space.  If you have multiple vehicles you would like to store, you may rent an additional space given availability.

How do I store my RV or boat?

While our parking options are convenient, there are a few things you will want to keep in mind before storing your vehicle during the offseason or long-term.

  • Make sure the vehicle is cleaned (free of any pershible items) and serviced.
  • Invest in an cover to help protect your vehicle from the outdoor elements.
  • Change your oil and refresh coolant.
  • Disconnect your vehicle's battery to avoid draining.
  • Remove any electronics that are vulnerable to temperature changes.
